Absolutely agree with this. Robert was a great teacher and I learned so much from him in this class. The critiques and input received were from a true professional, and a helluva nice guy! This class is a must for anyone wanting to push themselves with their craft and see what they have inside. Although I missed the first offering of the Advanced Comic Art class, I am looking forward to enrolling in it when it is offered again.

An organization can plan on Training its work force through various methods. One such method involves initially developing external trainers who in turn can train the others. Having project management class will have advantages such as monetary savings and also the scheme of training can be altered or tailored to suit the Organizations needs.

Rhode Island! When I was about to be processed out of the Navy an old salt said to me, "Request to be pocessed out in Rhode Island so you can avoid months and months of delays." (Because it was a much smaller base etc) It was a cheeky thing to do... but I made the request anyway. My skipper agreed!! And so I spent a lovely month in Rhode Island working in the Navy Justice School's law library. (Fascinating place.) I nearly froze to death though: October in Little Rhodey after four years in Sicily and the Middle East. EEEEEK!!

Congrats on all the success of Comics Experience, Andy! I've only been a part of the Creators Workshop for the past two months, but in that time it feels like I've gleaned a career's-worth of insight and information. I had no idea the workshop was created only in 2010. It struck me as having been around for ages so that was a surprise. :-)

I watched a special that gave facts about how Americans actually suffer from extreme guilt for taking a day off, even when really sick or dealing with sick loved one. We have it drilled into us that we are easily replaceable. When it comes to freelancing, we're just pretty much screwed.
